Timeline

The Timeline is the heart of TCC. The Timeline stores all date and time-based entries in chronological order within TCC.

  Timeline_Calendar

Examples of information stored in the timeline include:

• Appointments
• Refferals
• Patients Statements
• Encounters
• Lab results
• Prescriptions
• Payments
• Phone calls
• Excuses
• Claims
Timeline entries can be viewed for a single contact or for all contacts in TCC based on a specified time frame.

The Timeline resembles a traditional paper-based medical record, with its individual insertions and/or attachments. However, several of the TCC's features render the paper based level record essentially obsolete:

• The Timeline allows the user to quickly locate patient information.
• The Timeline is always available to authorized users. Information can be added quickly and information-based reports can be generated instantly.
• The Timeline allows information to be processed across the entire practice, a subset of the practice, or an individual in the practice.
• The Timeline allows the user to select what information is presented. This customizable view reduces confusion and allows rapid access to relevant data.

TCC's unique Timeline feature stores every piece of information generated in the office. If there are types of information that you need to track in your practice that is not currently tracked in TCC, new Timeline entries can be created through the user of User Defined Timeline fields and records.
