Inside Sales / Appointment Setter
Ulrich Medical Concepts and our sister company, CorrecTek, seeks energetic
professionals to market our line of software products to potential clients nationally.
Excellent telephone, verbal and follow-up skills required. This is a growth position
and can be the first step to an exciting career as a commercial sales representative

Software Application Developer
Supporting current software applications and participate in the development of new applications.

  • Bachelors degree in computer science or a closely related field or equivalent work experience;
  • Mid level or higher C++ and/or Visual Basic development experience;
  • Three years relevant work experience;
  • Ability to interface with system, software, hardware and equipment;
  • Previous experience with front end Visual C++ (MFC), SQL Server 2000;
  • Previous experience with all phases of commercial software development cycle;
  • Proficient in computer & Microsoft programs; advanced proficiency in Word and Excel



Technical Writer
The Technical Writer develops information that enables our customers, both internal and external, to effectively train, utilize, and troubleshoot our software products. The position requires strong organizational, writing and analytical skills. The Technical Writer uses design specs, hands-on software testing, and meetings with subject matter experts as
input for creating a variety of technical documents, including training materials. Produce software documentation (both printed and online) while using Adobe products. The
Technical writer must posses excellent writing and editing skills. Please forward

Software Quality Assurance Specialist
Responsible for ensuring the quality of company software applications. This individual will execute the testing and deployment strategy as well as interact with the Support Department to assess the overall quality of the application.

  • 1-2 years experience in QA Testing involving manual testing of Windows-based applications.
  • Strong technical background with Bachelor���s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience with SQL Server 2000.
  • Experience with Visual C++ a plus.
  • Detail oriented and ability to handle multiple projects at once

 


Database Customization Specialist

Create, customize and maintain software databases.

  • Previous database customization experience
  • Microsoft proficient
  • Strong analytical skills required.
  • Previous software report writing experience preferred.

 


Software Trainer

Responsible for working in a team environment to train
ambulatory practices to use electronic medical record software and advise offices onimproving workflow efficiency.

  • Must be able to travel 25- 50% of the time. (Must have drivers license, government
    issued ID, etc.)
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated professionalism. Ability to represent the company with the highest level of integrity.
  • Self-motivated. Ability to self-direct value added behaviors.

Technical Support Representative

Participates in planning, documentation, software support and final implementation of
EHR software in private practice and correctional medical facilities. Prepares the
logical interfaces between EHR and non-EHR related programs. Supports EHR
applications while interacting with internal and external customers.

  • Understand technical aspects of software installations, network drives, and client/server relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to work with clients on technical support levels
  • Ability to communicate effectively and respond to all inquiries in a timely manner
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new programs, teaching methodologies and system upgrades
  • Ability to effectively demonstrate new systems via the web
  • Superior organization and time management skills
  • Associates Degree required.�� Bachelor���s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or clinical related discipline preferred.�� Five years experience is preferred and is a valid substitution for academic achievement.

 


Project Manager
Oversees and coordinates the operational aspects of ongoing Clinical IT related projects, primarily in regards to the EMR and serves as liaison for project management and
planning, including project schedules, status reporting, and project meetings.

  • Perform client���s on-site visits as required during the implementation process for training, Go-Lives, etc.
  • Conducts follow-up evaluation with clients for satisfaction; addresses issues
    requiring corrective action; and continues to follow-up until client is satisfied and using software successfully.
  • Provide assessments to supervisor to measure progress and to evaluate effectiveness of the implementation process.
  • Build strong relationships with primary client contacts.
  • Build strong relationships with team members.
  • Consult, track, shepherd where necessary, and report on change requests
    (technological and operational) as they move through process, from inception to
    completion.
  • Analyze, investigate and champion synergies, especially where change requests from a single client may benefit multiple clients. Engage appropriate resources.
  • Build strong understandings of clients��� business models, products and processes.
