But, we have good news! Ulrich Medical Billing (UMB) is a full service organization, and we’ll guide you and your staff through the entire process. We manage the entire transition process identifying milestones, customer check points and measureable goals and outcome. We hold ourselves to a high standard of customer service — starting with the practice assessment and finishing with the goal of revenue received in the target range expected.
You will be appointed a project manager to coordinate all aspects of the transition, but not limited to:
- Training schedules
- Scanning of existing paper charts
- Follow-up training and support
- Hardware selection, delivery and set up
- Financial "Go Live" date
- EHR "Go Live" date
The time and effort that you and your staff put into training will be rewarded countless times over.
